My We16 has developed a strange fault – it fills then the program ‘sticks’
On the Spin only setting the machine will start to spin up to full revs then ‘sticks’ on the pump portion of the cycle indefinately.
On the Drain only setting the m/c drains then ‘sticks’ on the pump indefinately.

No error codes are shown on the display.

Any advice?

Possible control module fault, I think that the Evolution range is covered by a five year parts guarantee, due to the high cost of certain parts on these machines the manufacturer service may be your best option.
