Indesit Evolution WE16S Error Code F-13

Can you help me with This code ? It just flashes F-13 .. I have searched your forums but i can only find an f13 relating to a dryer problem .. and mine has no dryer its just a washer. Please help

F13 is indeed an error code for a washer/dryer, specifically relating to a dryer heating problem 😕

So either you have read the error code incorrectly, or you are the proud owner of an Indesit Washing Machine that actually ‘thinks’ it’s a Washer/Dryer 😯

The code Definatly reads f- 13
I had en engineer out to it earlier today and he told me that the only way to fix it was to call indesit out to it. Should I just buy a new washer ?

the best thing is to buy a new washer that is not indeshit or some hybrid thereof but i personally have not seen one give f 13 on a washer but the indesit boards are quite funky and could just as easily flash its knickers at you as f 13

The parts are g/teed on that model any evolution machine has a parts g/tee as does any Ariston, i,m surprised the engineer did not point this out to you.

I have had the washer for 4 or 5 years now. Surely the guarentee has long gone.

they have a 5 year parts g/tee if it is under 5 years it will be covered.

I though the parts g/tee was only for Aristons?

And, a parts g/tee is fine, but a £90 call-out charge puts it into perspecive 😕

I,ve posted this before on this site all All Evolution machines have a 5 years parts g/tee,
