Indesit f/f

I’m not the best on refrigeration but am learning slowly just look for some advice before I go to look at this indesit fridge freezer model number inc625aiuk both fridge and freezer are not getting cold. Am I right in thinking this is more than likely a systems fault? And if not what should I check as always tia kai

cant see that model even on google. Are you sure its correct

you say both sides are not getting cold but you don’t say if compressor is running. If its not running it could be stats and board fault as you no doubt realise

Hi Dave model number is correct it’s a built in not a frost free here is number listed on connect this is the only info I’ve had off customer hoping not to pull it out if not needed 😯

well that makes it more confusing

original number you listed was inc625aiuk

number underlined in list is inc310gd

but can see inc265AIUK

assume that one is correct and you transposed numbers

seems like simple stat controls on this one if its correct

will pm it

if its still wrong get me the F0 number
