indesit fault code -H20

I am having a fault code -H20 come up on my machine. After i put in the washing and set it to wash, water runs through the detergent compartment for a couple of seconds, then nothing happens, just get the error code -H20 come up after some minutes of nothing happening.
Can anyone PLEASE HELP, my wife needs me to get something sorted about it like yesterday.

check your inlet hosses are getting the water through to the point of the machine if not might be your inlet valve probably gone but you will not be able to tell with out putting a multi meter on them make sure switched of first if not sure what you are doin get somebody in does not sound that bad but you never know

Same problem on our machine and what you suggest makes sense, so first thing tomorrow evening I will take a look and post the findings here later.
Strange though as the machine is probably still under warranty (not sure where the receipt is). Thanks again

I should have also said that in our case it will be the cold supply as no filling occurs when on rinse cycle.
