Indesit FIE56-KBIX GRILL PROBLEMS !!!

Please can anyone help me? why, when I purchased my oven in March, the grill used to do three slices of toast at once, but now only the middle one browns & the other two catch slightly? & I have to rotate them 😕
I need to know before I get on to Indesit so I know what I’m talking about.

question?

does your grill have 2 heat settings? i.e full or half?

maybe your using the wrong setting ny putting it on half grill?

if not, theres a good chance the grill element is faulty

Thank You for reply….But…..

I only have Grill or Fan & Grill , no half setting, the element at the top of the oven is in two parts, an inner and an outer, only the inner glows when on grill , it used to do the width ie; 3 slices of toast , the Indesit man said the outer element is for the oven setting only !!!!!
I only know that when I had the cooker it did 3 slices now it doesnt, & no-one seems to believe me, the indesit man picked up his tool case and went.
