Indesit FIMU23WHS Oven hotter on one side of cavity

Fault reported on above oven that the right hand side is getting hotter than the left.
Food cooks far quicker on the right hand side.

The fan appears to be running fast enough, there’s nothing obstructing the rear panel. Element checks out OK.
There’s no foil or silicon sheets used in the oven that can block the vents in the rear panel or wide pans that could alter the airflow.
door seal and hinges are in good order.

Have I missed anything.

I uneven cooking usual on these models?
