Indesit fornoFIE36kbix gb cutting out

Hi,
I have had a call to go to this oven, customer says it cuts out but also says he has noticed that the cooling fan does not run.
I have bypassed the cooling fan cut out/in and the fan worked fine.
I fitted a new cut out today but the cooling fan still does not run, I left it for around 20 mins up to 180/200 and it still won’t come on.
I have also noticed that the oven thermostat is way out so that would explain why the oven is cutting out but that doesn’t explain why the cooling fan won’t cut in.
