    Hello,

    I have a problem with my Indesit PWDE81473. It’s a washer and dryer in one machine. The problem is with the drying part. I get F13 each time it wants to dry. I already searched the internet and most people say it’s the NTC sensor that needs to be replaced. I have located it on my machine but can’t get it out. There is a bit of black plastic sticking out and it’s very much stuck. Anyone have any idea how I would get it out? I tried removing it with a flat head screwdriver but it’s not moving at all.     I think you have to remove the heater box and split it to change the ntc.
