Indesit IDCE8450BK Tuble Dryer error code F14

Hi. I got an issue with an F14 code on theis dryer, it will run for say 5 minutes then the lights will start flashing on the front panel, heater element will switch off but the machine will keep running and error code F14 will flash on the lcd screen, the thermostats and thermister on the heater element all check out fine but there is one heater band on the heater that does not work, the other three do, would this be the cause of the F14 error code.

the fault is listed as rear ntc overheating so less elements would be a good thing

Thanks for the reply, I think the thermister comes complete with the element and the two thermostats, if I purchase this, do you think it will solve the F14 code?

would need the rest of the numbers off the label to be certain but look like

The fix for this issue, was the renewal of the heater
