Heater circuit failure, could be either the heating element or the main pcb, both known weak points on these budget machines. 🙁

I was looking at the fault codes on my iPad last night, just double checked and lights 1 + 3 on this model are water pressure related. :clown:
Mesh plate, filter or microfilter, pressure switch,
circulation pump.If the filters are completely clear then it could be a main circulation pump failure, does the water appear to be circulating properly when it should be washing?

Can I just say … I had mine delivered on Friday and had the same fault immediately. I rang them today and it turns out it’s a drainage error code …. basically the drain pipe had been shoved right down to a right angled joint in the drainage which was restricting the drainage. This error was happening after about ten minutes on each cycle – apparently there’s a short pre-wash and drain which was causing the error. Short version – if the drain hose is restricted, this will also cause the fault code. I know they’re supposed to be a rubbish brand but for £180 I’m happy with that!

ok, ok … I’ve had this debate on another forum before … more interested in helping people solve the problem on this occasion, not discussing the quality of the product…. main point being that the fault on my machine wasn’t any of the suggestions you made and it might save someone ditching their machine or taking it to pieces. I just had to lift the drain pipe up 6 inches, not replace the pcb, heater, switches, pump, filters …..

As your fault was due to an installation problem it unlikely to be relevant in this instance. 😉

Yes, in my experience; however, I was giving another example of how the fault could occur. If the OP’s drain hose was not secured, it’s not inconceivable that it could have moved. These forums surely exist to provide a series of ‘anybody else had this problem?’ and subsequently, a wide variety of possible reasons.
That’s all.
