    Hi,
Our IDF125 does not complete a cycle. It stops with 2 of the 3 lights flashing – the Wash and End lights, ie 1st and 3rd light reading from left.
The washer is about 4 years old.
When it is switched on, it drains ok. Then it lets in water. Usually after a few minutes, it stops with these lights flashing. The soap compartment has not been opened.
Occasionally it starts the wash itself. I’ve been trying to find a pattern, so I’ve opened it a few times during the wash. The soap compartment is opened ok if the wash itself has started. The spray arms seem to work ok. At the beginning of the washing itself, the water is cold. Later the washer is warmer inside but the water is much cooler. However, the washer then still stops later with the same 2 lights flashing (Wash and End).
The wash very occasionally still completes successfully, but this is becoming very rare (perhaps doesn’t even happen any more).
Anyone got any idea what the problem is?
Grateful for any help. From reading other posts it seems this isn’t a very reliable model.
    Richard

    From manual.
Mesh plate, filter or microfilter, pressure switch,
    circulation pump.

From experience the main circulation pump is the main cause of this fault. 🙁

so that might not be worth repairing, right? What’s the part?

    Hi again,
Are you sure it’s the pump? Most of the time the washer stops well before the wash cycle actually starts, so presumably before the pump starts? What does the error code actually mean?

    Thanks, Richard

I listed the possible causes in my first post, the error code means poor or no circulation, as I also mentioned a very common fault on these budget quality machines.

I’ve had the same problem. There’s no blockages or kinks in the waste hose, the heater unit and discharge pump have been replaced and still the fault persists. I need help.

The main circulation pump is not the drain pump, this error code usually means that pump has failed.
