Indesit IDL 530 tablet not used????

This has now happened 3 times consecutively. It runs ok and performs a cycle but the tablet is not used or only partially used. Any help appreciated.

if the dispenser opens and it gets left there it will probably be something stopping it opening fully or something in the way so water doesn`t get to it
best way to check is put it on with a tablet but no washing up in it
at the end if the powder is gone it will meen the fault is the way you are loading it if not come back and we will try and help further

Thanx petalpop. Will have a look to see if anything obvious is blocking the tablet. On emore question, does the tablet get dropped into the bottom of the dishwasher? or should it be used from the container on the door? (sorry thats two)
