Indesit IDL40 slim dishwasher

The customer says light 1 (prewash) and light 2 (wash light) is flashing, can any one tell what this error code is?

In the instruction book it saye light 2 is “Water load solenoid valve malfunction alarm.” what ever that is

I suspect the flow meter (turbine) but I am not sure. Any help is apprieciated.

Also in the instruction book is says “Never call on unauthorised technicians and refuse to allow parts to be installed that are not original spare parts.” So that means Indesit will sell me spare parts, but dont want me to fit them.
