Indesit IDL40S D/W

Customer tells me there is a leak from the left hand side lower door,
he tells me the door seal looks ok, have asked him to check the lower spray arm for any splits, can anyone tell me any know cause other then these.

there is some tech info kicking around somewhere about these, apparantly the seal is too long and if it foams up it leaks from seal, you need to trim the seal, now dont quote me but i think you cut it back so there is no excess at all folding over onto base( if you know what i mean)

A new seal comes at the corrct length, it is slightly proud of the chanels it sits in, have you checked the bottom seal has not become unclipped and the spray arms are turning okay or are not split, i usualy change with the stainless steel lower spray arm, jj

Thanks for your replies gents, but have solved the fault this time, it appears to be the goal post seal, the lenght also appears to be ok.
fitted yesterday. John.
