I have had the dishwasher for 5 years with 1 or 2 glitches along the way, usually problem with it starting, however this time it seemed to stop halfway through programme and when I looked there was water in the bottom and “6hr”light was lit.If I press the power on and start buttons it beeps then green “6hr” light comes on and the add salt red light flashes – then nothing!
I have emptied out the water and have just managed to start it with nothing in – it seems to be working – but it has stopped again leaving water in the bottom (Hot) and the same green light lit (not flashing)

Error codes for these are indicated by flashing lights so any possible suggestions are guesswork.
As it is not emptying then checking the drain pump and outlet hoses etc would be the obvious place to start.
Access from underneath, remove the mains plug, bale out as water as you can then place several large towels on the floor and tilt the machine over onto its left hand ( from front ) side.
Take off the base and the drain pump is right in the middle, follow the grey plastic outlet pipe into the machine to find it.
