After the wash cycle, the green indicator lights 1 and 4 flash continuously.
The bottom shelf is not cleaning either.

There doesn’t appear to be a fault code with 1 and 4 flashing.
The nearest to is which includes light 4 flashing is a temperature control problem which would also explain the poor wash.
Engineer time to be honest to check this one, have a look at Repairs@ for one near you 🙂
