Indesit idv75 bearing problem

Hi I have the above dryer I was called to a couple of months ago making an awful noise which turned out to be that the bronze tear shaped bearing was worn and the shaft of the drum had worn its way down through the bearing so I replaced it with a new one. I also checked the bearing pads around the door and they were ok. A couple of months later I have the same prob is there anything I’m missing that is causing this to wear so fast?

Replace the pads and felts as well

Cheers Andy I have done but looking at the m/c going now I can see the shaft is running out so that’s my problem.
