Another no heat Tumble Dryer question… (Indesit IS70c)

Completely cleaned every bit of it (that I can get to) from fluff and still no heat.

    So do I need

    Heating Element
    Thermostat kit

    or both?

Heating element – £39 plus delivery from IndesitSpares
    Thermostat – £16 plus delivery

Can you get the bits cheaper anywhere else?

Also – would it be safer taking the £100 fixed fee repair service (assuming it is £100 as the web site says “…from £99.98…”

    Thanks

    is what you need

back panel off, over the top of the heater

usually the problem to be fair, but you need to check the condensers clean, and possibly, the capacitors failed, i usually change them tbh

    hope this helps

Re: Indesit IS70C – No heat

    Thanks for the quick answer!

Where are the capacitors in the machine? Are they easy to replace?

A link to the part would be great!

    Thanks again

    is the capacitor

top off, side panel off ( the side of the knob)

and its there next to the motor

dont forget to unplug the machine, whenever you attempt any work!

you have a private message btw

    hope this helps
