Indesit ISL70C Very noisy

Hi

My daughter has been given an Indesit ISL70C which is about 18 months old.

Ser No 411180002

It works OK but is very noisy.

I’ve had the back off and the fan there looks OK.

Could this be the pulley problem as mentioned viewtopic.php?f=33&t=19255

How do I get access to the drum to check this out?

I’ve had the top off, just want to know which panel to remove next (as opposed to taking them all off!)

Remove mains plug, take off top and one side panel and if it has the small pulleys supporting the drum you will be able to see one near the front. The inner fan and the rear bearings collapsing can also cause noise.

Did she do something to upset the people who ‘gave’ her this appliance. They should have paid her to take it off them :rolls:
