Indesit IWB 5123 totally dead.

This thing is only around 2 years old, getting mains voltage down to the board but absolutely nothing happening, no lights, no door locking.
Slight high pitched noise coming from main board when machine is plugged in, inspected board for possible dry joints etc but nothing obvious.

Anyone had a similar prob with these late Indesits ? I’m assuming the board has given up but I cant see any sign of it on EMW’s site so not sure if an economic solution exists?

Any ideas most appreciated 🙂

EMW do repair this board even though it isn’t listed on their site – going by the images on connect I would say that it is either a mark 11 or 12.

Cheers for that info Jem, I will call EMW on Monday to see if they think it’s repairable.

Indesit crap, can it get much worse? 🙁
