    Hi,

    I’m assuming the F01 fault is a `motor triac shorted’ type fault. So if after checking motor and module connections is the board faulty AND could that have been caused by the fact he washed a pair of trainers wrapped in a towel?

    He also says he cannot open the door, which sounds like the door switch may have shorted too.
