Indesit iwdd7123 F13

Recently been to one with f13 error, checked over found wash heater insulation issue, changed that, check dryer thermistor as this fault relates to this section and resistance reading appear ok, but replaced it. Wiring checked out. The error appeared after cotton cycle and plus 180 min dry and when they went to add more time it error f13 again.
Think 3 hrs dry is a bit long but could this cause a false reading?

Thanks for that, Defiantly drain pump and filter clear checked that.
Didn’t notice the condenser.
I didn’t say but..The fault only came up at the end, normally if there was a problem with air flow it would errror out sooner than 3 Hours?.
I need to check further with customer on what load she had in and why for so long!,

Filter at the bottom off the condenser prone to getting blocked with fluff also the neck of these condensers are bad for for getting choked with fluff a, might not be be but that would my first port of call.
