Indesit IWDD7123S(UK) F15

Hi,

Customer has contacted me about her Indesit IWDD7123S washer/dryer displaying an F15 fault. She told me she had looked it up on the indesit website and it says it’s a drainage fault, but the fault code guides I have seen for indesit say it’s a dryer relay fault.

I checked the indesit website myself, and they list error codes in three sections. ‘Indesit Washing Machines and Dryers’, ‘EVO1 Washing Machines and Dryers’, and ‘EVO2 and V4 Washing Machines and Dryers’. F15 is different in the first section to the others.

So, does anyone know if an IWDD7123S(UK) is EVO1, EVO2, or V4? or do the codes in the first section apply? Any way to tell without asking in future?
