Indesit IWDE 126 – Red Door Lock Flashing will not unlock

Any help would be appreciated

Indesit IWDE 126 2 years old.

Finished a wash, and it just sits there with the Red Door Lock Light flashing, will not unlock

Turned Off Unplugged. Still the same

Can still Spin & Dry run any cycle etc, just cant open door to get washing out.

Any ideas much appreciated..

sounds like you have broken the door handle

Thanks, Yes it was a split in the plastic door latch. Crappy design.

Fixed at a cost of £80.
