    Hello. I have been trying to figure this out for 5 days now including ringing the hotline, but other than being passed around I didn’t get anywhere.

    Last time I washed, the machine seemed to be done, but lights 1 and 2 plus door lock were flashing continuously. I did the off/on thing and they still flashed.
    Did it again overnight. Turned it on again and it looked fine. Only to start flashing 10 minutes later.

    Then rang the hotline..as I was in the waiting queue I randomly pressed the off button and it all returned to normal.
    Yesterday I attempted to wash and when I turned it on, it started flashing again.

    I’d be grateful for any advice. Thanm you

    F12, communications error, the two circuit boards are not on speaking terms. 🙂

    Often caused by loose contacts on the connector blocks between the two pcb’s, pinching them up carefully can often clear this.
