hi, this machine is only about 6 months old, it fills then starts to wash but the drum only rotates about 3 times then it just sits there,
if I then put it on drain/spin it pumps the water out but no drum action, no lights flashing it just sits there as if in program. no earth faults or loose connections that I can find.any ideas?
