called to one of these Not Draining,but everything working cleared crap from sump hose retried m/c and all that happens is blue glow from user interface but nothing else works,have checked everything didn’t wet anything underneath
any idea’s would be helpful

Can send you a manual if you like, there is something about not tipping these back if full of water, it upsets the pressure switch and you then have to go through a reset procedure to clear it.
