    I have an Indesit W123 that flashes in the normal way when switched on (one flash, then some rapid flashes then steady on) and I hear the door interlock click in, then nothing. It just sits there with the light on steady.

    Any ideas? The problem I usually get is brushes, and they are probably due for a change, but that is usually accompanied by error code 2.
