Indesit Oven – Inner glass replacement needed

The inner glass panel on my Indesit oven exploded last night whilst I was pre-heating my oven. I’m looking for a replacement glass panel and rubber sealing ring – OR an entire inner door panel with glass if necessary. The oven LOOKS similar to the FM 20K.C and the FM 20 K.B, BUT it’s between 3 and 5 years old and the original owners didn’t leave us any documentation, so I’m not exactly sure of the model number. Any help or direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

There are 2 distict model differences (do check for Model number on door frame carefully 😉 ), the relevant part numbers for the Inner Glass Doors as follows:-
FM20KCIXGB = Part No C00090770 (about £25)
FM20KIXGB = Part No C00075055 (about £25)

Both parts available direct from the Indesit website:-

Martin and K – Thanks so much for your fast responses. Just a few questions: I ‘ve searched the door frame for the model number and can’t locate it. Any ideas whereabouts I might find it? (inside? outside?) The only writing I can find is a faded, barely readable Indesit marking on the outside (upper left corner). The website you referred me to is Hotpoint, and I couldn’t find any reference or help there re: Indesit products. I’ve checked the Indesit site, and they only list 6 oven models, one of them being the FM 20 KC IX, which doesn’t appear to be an exact match for what I have. Again, your help is greatly appreciated!

Yes Kurt Indesit is Hotpoint, Hotpoint is Indesit 😯

Those faded writing by the door you found is the only reference as to its model. So if you think its exactly like the FM20KCIX then you best order Part No : C00090770 direct from Indesit and you can ring them on 08709077077 😀

You should find the model number if you draw the oven out of the housing 6 inches down on the left hand side. You can call Indesit direct on 08706070805 and they will put you through to parts-they may take 3 years to answer though!!
