Is the hose black rubber or grey plastic, what components does the hose appear to be attached to, is it at the top or the bottom, left hand side or right. I could go on but you really need to enlighten us a little to allow us to help. 😉 😀

Went out today to the flat and checked things. The hose is located at the bottom of the machine. There are 2.The one that is leaking is the narrower of the 2 concertina type hoses. It attaches to the drum with a large circlip, it is wide mouthed at this end. At the lower end it is the same width as in the middle and attached by a smaller circlip to what looks like a little pump. The hose is rubber, soft and very pliable. And black.

Hi kreid,
No, Dave means the serial number of the actual machine off the rating plate.
They often change parts on production and the only way to know what one is right is to have the date code information which we can extract from the serial number of the machine. :rolls:

ParticipantRe: indesit part number
sent off details as advised, but the wrong part has attived. They have sent the wider of the 2 hoses, not the narrow one. This (wrong) hose also has two “mouths” at one end. Either I got the wrong number here or they have sent the wrong part by error…..first i have to establish that i do, or don’t have the right part number.

The part number above and what you have received is the drum to filter (sump) hose. You need the detergent recovery hose.
We have sent the right part it’s just confusion in the description. There is also a picture of the part on the online shop to try and stop any confusion 😉
