Indesit single oven FM31KAX

I ordered a new set of door hinges for this oven..when sliding the lower hinge into the slot, the locking clip would go flat enough to close the door !!.. ..I cant see why..as they are the correct part also checked with original ones exactly the same…anyone had this problem .

a lot of the later ones i find need to be tapped down as they are quite stiff

Don’t know if it matters but the numbers stamped on the hinges are different on the new ones.. ie… old ones 06.16 new ones 09.16

they may have changed the hinges during a run

let me have model and commercial codes and the part number of the hinges you have been sold

thats what I have but confused as they differently don’t fit..the pushdown lugs are hitting the frame of body so unable to force them down..may have to grind them down to fit..no other answer…thanks for you help..John
