    when on drain or spin water comes in. on a wash cycle it overfills, . customer says that yesterday the selector had got to the end of programme stop position, neon flashing as normal but machine full of water. i selected prog 4 water in, wash action, water level passed, stopped w/m selected drain, began to empty and water still came in..
    suggestions please. ps, machine 4.5years old

    Module fault or at least the connections to it. EMW can advise further I’m sure. 😉

    duff inlet valve ❓

    Yup – water in with power on or off is duff inlet valve. Constant fill with power on is blown triac on board.
