Had a look at this w/m in a rental today.Tenant says machine not letting in enough water.Checked all inlet valves.Drain hose at correct height.Pr hose clear.Pr sw clicks ok.Water pressure is quite high.Valve filters ok.Fills to same level on wash and rinse.Water just covers drum lifter at 6 o clock pos.Paul

So is this one of your rental machines or somebody else’s? If you don’t know it’s history the Water level may be wrong because of incorrect drum fitted or pressure switch?

Thank you Timdowning for reply. No this is not my machine. You may have hit on the problem though. On top of machine is a sticker with the words “Graded stock A” I wonder what its history is and what if any changes have been made.Customer says she puts an extra 20 litres of water in through soap drawer.

Don’t think they fill which much water, especially without clothes in. Just covering the lifters is what I see most of the time.

Is it possible to adjust these pr sw.I know this is not encouraged but the wash and rinse is very poor on this. This is just a single level pr sw.

Not advisable, something I have never done or felt the need to.
