Our W1141 will only work in prog. 1; then when the wash has spun ‘dry’, the prog . dial clicks and rotates on its own forever….
We can stop and use it again but that’s what will happen.
Can’t use any of the other programmes as it will quickly go into prog. dial spin on its own after the waters fill up. We can drain and use it in our normal way, which is to use prog. 1, and turn it off when it goes into freewheeling prog. dial rotating click.

That is not a valid model number, possibly a WI 141.
When the timer knob starts to click round the red mains light should be flashing. It will flash a set number of times then pause and then repeat. You need to count the number of flashes and report back.
Just keep your fingers crossed that it isn’t 8 flashes. :rolls:
What with the washer & the dishwasher I think someone is trying to tell you something. 😉
