    Hi,

    My Indesit W123, starts a program fine, starts filling with water, then immediately empties itself. The program control then continuously clicks around.

    The status light, apparently shows error codes by the flashes it does?

    It flashes 8 times & then pauses, then repeats.

    Can anyone provide any pointers to what the code suggests of where to look first (e.g. heater, pump, etc)

    8 flashes relates to heater problems, usually on the digital control board.
