Indesit W123 error codes

Sorry to be thick but where do I read the error codes.
The book that came with the machine does not mention these at all.
The machine is as above Type LB2000C

Problem is that the machine wont run any programs at all.
Simply fills with water and pumps it out with the dial rotating all the time.

I read the sticky that this is a well documented fault but a search doesnt seem to bring upa specific cause/fault/solution.

Any help much appreciated

If you have the red flashing light, please count the pattern – ie 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat. This is the code.

Penguin its sorted.
Error code 3 came up and I found another post with the same problem.
It suggested checking the connections from the temp sender to the module.
Lo and behold a waire had broken inside one of the plastic spade covers.
New spade terminal crimped on and away it went.
