fault reported by customer is stuck on wash, customer uses program 8 daily wash, checked heater ok, check heater thermistor for open circuit only ok, it fills, washer drains, spins ok,

notice the customer has temperature dial set on 90oC by mistake, but im pretty sure daily wash would overide it and impulse on anyway?

i suspected heater relay but doesent the timer pick up on heater relay stuck and go into fault mode?

Is the heater actually switching on and drawing current on any wash programme?

Thanks for reply Jim,

Not done current test just resistance on heater element i know with heaters there mostly either working or there not at all, but im not too sure if the thermistors go out of calibration/range??

It sounds like the machine is going into a time out(like when you get 1 minute on the Hotpoints)It could be pump problem or heater circuit.
