indesit w133suk – strange behaviour

Hi guys,
I have the above washing machine that no matter what prog you select – it fills, even on spin and drain prog, When the motor cuts in i can here i kind of clicking noise and the power seems to cut on and off to the motor – You can’t reset it either – Is this a module fault?

Fill on spin is a well known ( and well documented on this site ) fault.

PCB every time.
