    Good morning,
    The program on my machine appears to run correctly except the drum does not move. Initially there was a high pitched scream before the drum stopped.
    I have not taken the top off yet as wondered whether this was a quick fix or meant a new machine.

    Hi,

    Until you diagnose what the problem is it’s not really possible to advice on whether it’s worth repairing or not. 😉

    Could be a £5 drive belt, a£10 set of carbons or a £200 motor.
