we too are having problems with this machine . The washer is filling with too much water and seems to pick and choose whether it uses either the hot or cold water supply. Aso it is taking 2hours and 50 mins on a 40 degrees wash my electric bill has increased by 50 pounds a quarter. what could be wrong with it?
