Just under 3 years old, customer complaint ” banging & jumping”

Machine appears lightly used, Drum support, bearings, suspension all perfect. Motor runs smoothly, brushes very little wear. very slight pump noise.
Try it empty, or with load, no faults apparent, runs perfectly.

She insists it has only just started happening, and happens with large or small loads.

Any known intermittant causes of this.

Edited to change the customer from compliant to complaint. 😀

Strange thing is, it has not thrown up any error codes/flashes.

That’s what is confusing me on this one, normally they’ll throw up an error if you look at them the wrong way 😉

It all rather points towards the PCB, dry joint on one of the motor triacs ?

    Dave.
