    Is heating up normally but dose not move on
    On reading other posts for this model I see that I might need a Smart Card reader etc ? So you can’t just get a new board and plug it in ?

    Nope, send the board off to Tony at EMW. They will test and if required repair it. Less than half the price of a new board, smart card and card reader.

    PS. If its heating up normally but doesn’t move on, why has it not boiled over?
    Does it not give out any error messages?

    It reaches temperature then stops heating then just washes and does not move on to drain and rinse.

    Not s fault I have seen before but nothing would surprise me on one of these. :rolls:

    Have you tried it with the wash temp set to zero?
