Indesit washing machine error codes help needed

Hi

I have a Indesit iwde12 washer dryer.

It starts cycles but mid way through stops and the rinse and ‘1200 600’ buttons flash. They would be buttons 3 and 4 from the left.

I can hear the water rinsing through the detergent tray but once that stops it doesn’t do anything else.

I’ve had a local repair man out and he said the drain pipe was blocked which was the problem. Charged me £45 for 10 mins work and didnt actually fix anything as it’s still doing it.

Any help at all?
