Indesit Washing Machine Model WIE 147

I have a problem with the above machine. Set the programme as normal, have tried all programmes and get the same result.

Press the start button and nothing happens, after about 10 seconds Machine display shows DE NO, which I assume is an error code. No mention of this in the user manual. Machine then seems to go through a drain cycle and then goes back to normal display, but start another programme and this happens again. Anyone have any ideas, machine is a currect indesit model and only about 18 months old.

Door Error. Probably door lock failure. If you try to open the door at the moment the error code comes up, you’ll find out whether it has locked or not.

The error code that comes up for the Door is usually “DOOR” I am getting “DENO” can you just confirm this is the door. Can the door cause more than one error??. I Have seen the door code, and this is mentioned in the instruction book for the machine.

Door appears to work correctly and locks when the lock light comes on, but will have another look.

Have checked the door, and all appears to be in order. Door Locks correctly, and cannot be opened with machine running. Any other Ideas anyone?? So glad I found this forum. Many thanks for your help so far.

I contacted Indesit regarding this error, but things have taken a turn for the worse!! switched the machine on Yesterday, display just shows random numbers when any button pressed. Assume now this must be an electronic problem with either the display / button board (Behind front panel) This also seems to have a chip installed on the board. This could also be the main PCB located at the bottom of the machine. Anyone have any ideas about this one.
