Indesit washing machine not taking in water

Indesit washing machine is not takin in water at the beginning of program and when left to complete cycle the door remains locked permanently. The spin program works and finishes but the door remains locked.
The pump is working and clean, there is water supply, the spin is working, the drain is clear, I have turned off the power for long periods. I have opened the door using the pull tag to take the unwashed clothes out?
The machine is 14 months old.
