It will be inside the door or on the back, it may not be much help, the parts diagrams do show an alternative drum set up but it is a tiny picture, very indistinct and with very little extra information.

The pulley you have is the correct one according to the Indesit parts software, we have nothing else to go on other than that.

Does the new pulley look ‘flat’ on the inside around the hole for the shaft, no sign of any burrs or rough moulding?

seriel number 811136498

the old plastic pulley has two grooves either side, in hole area,
the new pulley is smooth in the hole and no grooves, there is what looks like a small amount of rough/jagged bit on outside of hole, that faces outwards,
but i cant push the new pulley all the way snug like the plastic one sits, so the rough bit hasn’t made contact with anything?

Serial number suggesets you have the correct part, but as mentioned several times, if we cannot see the part we can only guess.
