    Hi 😥
    I have the WD10, its been working perfectly until recently.
    I put it on the normal programme, water starts to go in then suddenly stops and nothing happens.

    I have tried switching off, change programme to softner or spin or drying, these all work

    Can anyone say what might be wrong?

    Hi,

    Does the light flashes?

    If it does then count the no and post it back.

    Does it take water in completley?

    It could be water related problem

    Light flashes quickly,
    It takes water in, 35 seconds, clicks then nothing more,
    Light stays a solid red…
    (before, it would take water, start moving then take in some more)
    If I move it to another programme, drain or Softener, it seems to continue
    ON rinse, it just moves, but no more water comes in or out…
