    HI!!
    i ahve a problem with this washer dryer….. the dry element doesn’t get any voltage to it so… surprise surprise no heat on dry cycle!! ha ha.

    the element is ok itself and i have also tested the ntc’s … i can find no thermal cut out anywhere on the appliance… any other suggestions please???

    Hi, there should be the standard in-line yellow thermal fuse to the element, clamped to the top of heater box, if its not there then god knows what else has been tampered with as well!!!
