    Hi
    My WD12 isn’t draining, i have checked the hose and that seems fine and cannot seem to locate the filter or pump where might I find this?

    The pump is located at the bottom of the cabinet…usually accessed by carefully tipping the mchine back against the wall…if you’re going to take a look in there then you’ll need some hand tools, and don’t forget to unplug the machine before you do anything!
