I went to this machine yesterday. I haven’t seen many of these but the PCB was blown due to water leak. The water appears to be coming from the dryer fan chamber, on the top of the chamber is a stub which is open and you can see the fan impellor if you shine a light down the hole. There are traces of water coming from this stub; my question is should there be a hose connected to it as a drain or if not why should there be water coming from it?

apparently according to indesit technical it is caused by the customer using excessive detergent and foam being forced through the dryer box vent during spin.

Thanks Tony I have allready purchased one from you the old one is on its way back to you.
The cause was the customer was using bleach in the machine which was causing suds to build up in machine which comes out of vent hole in the dryer fan chamber this then drops onto the PCB blowing the tracks.
